Dylan recently completed his second year of employment and is assigned to 2nd shift. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and continues to do a phenomenal job for his time in the profession.

Jenn has been with us for three years—two on 2nd shift and currently serving on 3rd shift. She is deeply passionate about her career in 911 and is also working toward obtaining her EMT license so she can volunteer with a local rural ambulance service.

Ms Barmore has been a stellar asset for our center through critical staffing shortages, mandatory overtime, and working a radio while consistently being in the top 3 of Emergency Calls Answered. Answering over 1,400 per month and maintaining a perfect QA score both through EMD QA and our in house PD QA.

Her recent evaluation earned a perfect QA score of 100%, reflecting flawless execution during a high-risk incident involving an armed suspect with a knife. Kelly-Ann’s calm, structured questioning and ability to manage both the caller’s safety and the flow of critical information demonstrate why she deserves this recognition. Her work directly supported deputies’ quick and safe response, ensuring that a volatile situation was contained without harm to any involved parties.

Leslie Scragg consistently demonstrates excellence in her role as a call taker by maintaining professionalism, composure, and strong communication skills during highly sensitive and potentially volatile situations. In the evaluated incident involving a domestic disturbance at a daycare, Leslie achieved a 100% QA score, reflecting her exceptional adherence to protocol and her ability to manage a complex call with accuracy and empathy. Her performance shows a deep commitment to caller safety, accurate documentation, and timely information gathering—all critical to successful emergency response. She continuously performs with the same level throughout all of her calls.
