Orange County Public Safety - Florida
In 2010, Orange County 911 selected Replay Systems to replace all of its voice logging equipment with an advanced recording, quality assurance and real-time reporting solution from VPI. Lexington County Public Safety - South Carolina
Lexington County, South Carolina was looking to replace its old legacy recorder which was end of life and almost end of support in mid 2009. The county is very diligent in constantly improving the service they provide their residents and chose Replay to install the VPI Quality Pro System to evaluate the performance of their call takers and dispatchers more effectively. Nikki Rogers, a 911 coordinator at Lexington County stated that, "For many years Replay Systems has delivered excellent customer service and support. Liberty County Public Safety Communications (LCPSC) - Georgia
Liberty County Public Safety Communications (LCPSC) has been recording for almost 20 years and services 4 law enforcement agencies, 8 fire departments, and one EMS agency. The LCPSC operates out of a fully consolidated, enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1) center that processes between 90,000 and 100,000 calls for service annually. Many would never guess that the new state of the art building was once an old city jail that LCPSC fully renovated in 2005 to meet the needs of a growing county. Director Tom Wahl, ENP, RPL is delighted with the outcome of the new LCPSC building and is very happy with the excellent service and support he continues to receive from Replay Systems.
Mears Transportation - Orlando, Florida
Founded in 1939, Mears Transportation provides shuttle services, luxury sedans, taxi service and charter bus service to residents and visitors in the Orlando, Florida area. They are the largest transportation provider in Orlando and the company's single largest client is Walt Disney World, Florida. In 2007, Mears selected Replay to replace their older legacy recorder with VPI's Activ! Voice recorder with instant recall application. The new recorder has saved the company countless dollars in employee time and increased customer satisfaction with their services. "It's all about how quickly we can get information back so that they can dispatch the drivers to the correct locations - the VPI recorder has sped up this process and allows us to provide better customer service," said Gasco.
